November 9, 2023 – It was the final event of the 2023 F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda season, and it would take place at the 3.426-mile, 20-turn Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas. With a chance at not one, not two, not three, but four championships, the Texas-based program accomplished just that with Patrick Woods-Toth claiming the F4 U.S. Championship alongside Callum Hedge who earned the FR Americas Powered by Honda title. Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport also added the F4 U.S Team Championship to their resume as well.
“It has been an absolute whirlwind of a season,” explained Kiwi Motorsport’s Teena Larsen. “Congrats to Patrick on his championship and also to the team on a pair of driver championships as well as two team titles. We ran anywhere between 11 and 13 cars all season long, and these championships are a testament to the hardworking team that we have behind the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport name.”
With qualifying setting the grid for race one, lap times from race one set the grid for race two while race two times set the grid for race three.

Race #1
After earning the pole position for the first wheel-to-wheel action of the weekend, Titus Sherlock held his own at the front of the field over the 12-lap race. Taking the checkered flag by .278 over his closest rival, Sherlock added 25 points to his end-of-the-year total in his quest to move up in the standings. Patrick Woods-Toth entered the weekend as the championship point leader and his podium result in race one secured him the title. As one of the most consistent drivers all season long, the young Canadian proved that he is ready for the next level of open-wheel racing. With two drivers on the podium, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport put three in the top-ten with Jesse Lacey classified in the sixth position, while Alex Benavitz and Hannah Greenemeier slotted into 11th and 12th respectively with Jett Bowling improving four positions from his starting spot in his first race of the weekend to finish P18.
Race #2
Race two saw the newly crowned F4 United States Champion in Patrick Woods-Toth standing on the podium yet again with his second third-place result in as many races with the previous race winner, Sherlock, classified in the fifth position, just ahead of Lacey in sixth. With three drivers in the top-six for the second consecutive race of the weekend, Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport had taken fifty percent of the position inside the top-five. Behind them, Greenemeier beat Alex Benavitz in a close finish for the 12th and 13th positions while Bowling crossed the line in 19th.
Race #3
With the Drivers’ Championship already to his credit, Woods-Toth cemented his season performance with a win in the final race of the season. Beating teammate Jesse Lacey by .017 in a Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport one–two finish, it was a solid way to end the 2023 race season as all the season-long goals had been accomplished. Sherlock put his #31 entry inside the top-ten for the third time at COTA with an eighth-place finish while Greenemeier was 11th. Bowling had his best result of the weekend finishing 16th, while Benavitz unfortunately was unable to complete the full race distance.
With a dominant season, Patrick Woods-Toth was named the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda Driver Champion while Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport was named the F4 U.S. Team Champion.
With the 2023 season in the books, the 2024 season is just around the corner and Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport will begin their winter test program in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for 2024 driver announcements from Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport in the very near future.
